Personal privacy and security of information are mutual concerns of the Ontario Focus Owners Club (OFOC), its members, and visitors to the OFOC website. The terms contained on this page may be revised from time to time. To protect your interests, visit this page periodically to review the current terms of our policy.

Data Collection and Website Usage

OFOC uses a third party that hosts our website and monitors the amount of traffic to our website. Please note this third party may also collect and store the following information about you when you visit our website:

1. The name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, rogers.com if you are using a Rogers Online Account) and IP address;
2. The date and time access is made by you to our site;
3. The Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site; and

5. In connection with OFOC due diligence audits.

Visitors Under the Age of 18

We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the OFOC site. Visitors under the age of 18 should not submit any information to OFOC without the consent of their parent or guardian. Information collected from visitors under the age of 18 will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes outside of OFOC.

OFOC will use its best efforts to avoid posting the e-mail address or complete name of any visitor to OFOC under the age of 18 without express, written consent of the underage visitor's parent or guardian. Images (Procurement and Usage)

To enhance the membership experience, photographic images may be taken at events at OFOC-hosted events and/or those attended by OFOC members. All images are the property of their respective owners.

Use of Information by Third Parties

OFOC does not distribute individual member information to third parties. Information about members may be made available in aggregate form to help describe and identify our users to business partners, the industry and public at large, and our sponsors.

The OFOC website contains links to other websites. OFOC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites, nor does it endorse or accept any responsibility for your experiences with them.
